First of all, I was referred to Dr. Cindy by numerous friends, who said that she could help me with a left side glute pain better than anyone else. She took her time explaining to me all the things I needed to know, why she was having me do the exercises she suggested, and then has gotten me to a place where I can not only perform better as a runner, but where I feel good as well. Not only that, she actually cares. That’s hard to come by in this day of rush one in rush one out, I am SO grateful!!!! I think I’ve left a review before, but I want to make sure this is said, so I’m saying it again! 💜

Dr. Cindy is not just a chiropractor! She is committed to educating her patients about how the body functions & empowering them to have a hand in their own healing. She takes her time at each appointment & makes you feel like you are her only priority in that time. She answers questions thoroughly & always gives honest feedback. I’ve battled chronic pain from past injuries and stress for over 10 years. I’ve seen other practitioners & tried various therapies with no long-term relief. After my first visit with Dr. Cindy I had hope that I could get better & after 2 months I’m finally pain free for the first time. She’s released me from her care but I will continue to go back because I enjoy her & have complete faith in her practice! She now takes care of my whole family, including my high school athlete.

On Monday morning I could not sit in a chair my back hurt so bad. I made an appointment and saw Kaitlyn Heyrman. She did an incredibly awesome job and was very knowledgeable. By Tuesday afternoon was able to work out and by weeks end, ran 6 miles. Thank you Kaitlyn, you rock!!!
